Nancy Pelosi said something yesterday on the first day of the DNC that I thought was kind of ironic coming from her. In her speech, she said “John McCain has the experience of being wrong”.

Excuse me Nancy Pelosi…I think you have been pretty wrong on a lot of things namely the fact that you took impeachment off the table even though millions of Americans demanded it. I think you have just as much experience as John McCain at being wrong. Perhaps more experience than John McCain at being wrong considering he is just plain “bomb bomb bomb…bomb bomb Iran” crazy.

Nancy Pelosi is yelled at by protesters for taking impeachment off the table. Pelosi tries to respond by saying “she took an oath to uphold the constitution”. If Nancy Pelosi believes she has upheld the constitution by her non-action over the last 2 years, she has no idea what is in the constitution. Maybe Pelosi needs a copy of The Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States of America.

“It’s official! Cindy is on the Ballot! Thank You San Fransisco!!!” reads the Cindy Sheehan for Congress ‘08 website.

Anti-war activist Cindy Sheehan collected the required amount of signatures needed to get on the ballot as an independent candidate for Congress.

Sheehan will be running against House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, as well as Republican Dana Walsh and Libertarian Philip Berg on the Nov. 4 ballot in San Fransisco.

Cindy Sheehan is known as the mother of a soldier killed in Iraq who has protested outside President Bush’s Texas ranch and has taken a stand against Pelosi’s reluctance to Impeach George Bush or do anything to stop the Iraq war which everyone thought the Democrats were voted in to do in November 2006.
