In the Presidential Debate on Wednesday, John McCain kept mentioning “Joe the Plumber” and implying that he made $250,000 a year. Only problem is “Joe the Plumber” IS NOT a plumber and only makes about $40,000 a year, which as Keith Olbermann points out would save him $500 under Barack Obama’s plan.

Barack Obama and John McCain roasted themselves, eachother and others at the Alfred E. Smith Memorial Foundation dinner last night.

I must admit they were both pretty funny, but perhaps the joke is on all of us and they are all laughing at us, not with us.

The 3rd and final Presidential Debate between Barack Obama and John McCain took place last night and many are saying it was the best of the three debates between these two Presidential candidates.

It appears most are saying Barack Obama won this debate as he clearly is the better speaker of the two. John McCain did well in the first 30 minutes, but Barack Obama became more comfortable and took over to close it out in the final 60 minutes.

250,000 kids cast their votes for President of the United States in the Scholastic News election poll and Barack Obama won in a landslide.

Barack Obama – 57%
John McCain – 39%
Other – 4%

Since 1940 the kids have mirrored the actual Presidential election results in all but two elections. Surprisingly they actually picked George W. Bush the last two Presidential elections.

The Troopergate investigation is complete and the official reports states that Sarah Palin did in fact abuse her power with regards to the firing of Walt Monegan. Monegan believed he was fired for not firing Palin’s brother-in-law and Alaska State Trooper Mike Wooten.
