Ron Paul: “No, I radically oppose that idea! It’s foolish! It’s totally wasteful, he can’t win, he doesn’t even know what the goals are. We shouldn’t even make this attempt to occupy and nation build in Afghanistan, so I think it’s a serious mistake. You know 8 years is long enough to figure out you made a mistake, so I say get out of there and come home. Before we spend a lot more and more people die.”
